How to prepare for your Zoom call.
Do I need to know my size or take my own measurements?
Not necessarily. If you already know your off-the-rack size (for example, 40R jacket / 32 pants), that’s all we need! And of course all cuts available - full, slim and regular as well.
Are these suits regular sizing with a custom design?
Yes. Our suits are based on standard sizing for a clean, reliable and easy fit — but every design detail is fully customizable. From fabrics to buttons, linings to monograms, and from waistbands to lapels.
How long does it take to receive my suit?
3-4 weeks and You’ll of course receive updates throughout the process
What’s your return policy?
Because each suit is designed specifically for you, we don’t offer returns. However, if there’s any issue with fit or craftsmanship, we’ll make it right — through adjustments, credits, or a remake if needed.
What's the price range?
Most of our suits range starting at $499 - $699 depending on the fabric and customization level. You’ll receive a full quote during your Zoom session — no surprises.
How long will the Zoom session take?
Your appointment will last around 30-40 minutes for new clients. We take the time to understand your preferences and finalize every design detail together.
What if my suit doesn't fit perfectly?
Minor tailoring is sometimes needed for a perfect finish. We’ll guide you on local alterations if necessary, and cover or credit costs in certain cases depending on the adjustment. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
What type of fabrics do you offer?
We carry a wide range of luxury fabrics sourced from top mills worldwide, including Super 110s–140s wool, stretch performance blends, premium flannels, washable wools, tweed and heritage textures, wrinkle-free and non-iron options, lightweight linen and cotton for summer, and specialty fabrics like velvet or corduroy for events and tuxedos — all crafted from the highest quality materials to make you look sharp, sophisticated, and effortlessly polished, while offering heavily discounted pricing for this level of quality.
